Merrica Modeste

Merrica has worked in the veterinary field since 2019, gaining experience as a receptionist, veterinary assistant, technician, and assistant manager before stepping into her role as Pet Health Center Manager. Her well-rounded background allows her to understand and support every part of a veterinary team. Originally from New York, Merrica now calls Connecticut home, where she is building roots with her soon-to-be husband. She is a proud graduate of the University of Hartford with a degree in Business Management. Merrica is thrilled to begin this new chapter at Dakin and looks forward to building a strong, lasting connection with both the team and the community. She is committed to creating a supportive, collaborative environment and is excited for all that lies ahead in this role.
